Navigating the Realities of Naya Pakistan

In Pakistan, a country plagued by severe economic challenges, escalating unemployment rates, inflation, a dying manufacturing sector, and a significant decline in educational standards, a political party adopted tactics marked by the deceptive exploitation of religious sentiments ("mazhbi touch") and the manipulation of information. The vision was 'Naya Pakistan', a term encapsulated by only a handful of loosely structured sentences.

Naya Pakistan, or a magic box, held solutions for every problem faced by common Pakistanis; yet, the only absent ingredient was a profound sense of purpose.

The strategies were employed to sway the opinions of a population where 50-60% consisted of young individuals. It's noteworthy that, despite being educated, the academic quality of this youth is lacking to the extent that they even struggle to compose a paragraph in any language (exceptions aside).

During this era, the influence of Moore's Law and declining internet rates on the socio-technological landscape was apparent globally. However, rather than fostering progress, their effects further fueled the 'magnificent delusions' of Naya Pakistan.

These circumstances formed a perfect recipe for cultivating a nation with weakened analytical abilities, susceptible to misinformation, and prone to following propaganda; forming the foundational structure for the future of Pakistan, if not Naya Pakistan.

Nevertheless, the timeless wisdom holds: "A lie doesn't become truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good, just because it's accepted by a majority."
